Excellent read !
Its almost like a transcript of my visit-clusters to my physiotherapist, happens once a year for some reason, when this core routine of mine drifts away !!
My physiotherapist did tell me exactly these 6 and yes when i do them routinely, i keep myself away from pain almost anywhere else too like shoulders, arms, which might seem unrelated relatively to core exercises. But as you made a point, posture and stabilization is the key.
